We also guarantee that your order will be delivered free of defect in workmanship. And we further guarantee that the merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations for a full 12 months from date of delivery. We will replace — Free of Charge — any item that fails to meet this standard.

Our Return Policy

Below are the Item Returns guidelines:

• Any item may be returned as long as you have not damaged it.
• All returned items must have the packing slip that was shipped with the items included with the returns, Gift Orders are exempt from this.

• Returns will be processed once they are received. If you used a credit card, then it will be refunded minus shipping cost. If you sent in a check or money order then you will be sent a check in the amount of your refund minus shipping.
